Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing and using Mohlin SuperScaler ("the Software"), you accept these terms of service. If you do not accept these terms, you may not use the Software.

2. License

Mohlin SuperScaler is licensed, not sold. Your purchased license grants you the right to:

Use the Software on your own devices
Receive updates during your license period
Use the Software for commercial and non-commercial purposes

You may NOT:

Copy, distribute, or sell the Software
Reverse-engineer or decompile the Software
Share your license with other users
Use the Software after your license has expired

3. License Period

Licenses are available for either 3 months (quarter) or 12 months (year). The license is valid from the purchase date and does not renew automatically. You must purchase a new license when your current license expires.

4. Payment and Refunds

All prices are in Swedish Krona (SEK) and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the Software. Contact us via email for refund requests.

5. Software Status

The Software is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We strive for the Software to function correctly, but we do not guarantee that it is error-free or will meet all your specific requirements.

6. Liability

Mohlin SuperScaler and its developers are not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of the Software, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or other damage.

7. Updates

During your active license period, you will receive free updates to the Software. Updates may include bug fixes, improvements, and new features.

8. Copyright

All rights to the Software, including but not limited to copyright, trademarks, and intellectual property, belong to Mohlin SuperScaler and its licensors. The Software uses AI models licensed under MIT/Apache2 licenses.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to immediately terminate your license if you violate these terms of service. In such cases, you are not entitled to a refund.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these terms of service at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or on our website. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Applicable Law

These terms of service are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts.
